On an unrelated note...I felt it was important to actually prove to the masses that our index tabs do actually last a really long time and are very strong. To do this, I've conducted a little experiment. I found an old phone book that is still lying around the office here and it just happens to be tabbed with our very own Phone Book Tabs. Phone books, as you know, have very thin pages which subsequently tear quite easily and are also pretty heavy.
This particular phone book actually weighs 4.3 lbs, just FYI. So the million-dollar question is: Will the page tear if a person were to hold the phone book by one tab??? Let's find out...

Of course it doesn't tear! I wouldn't have posted this without knowing the answer first, give me a little credit here. But the point is, these index tabs are strong and here is why...(This is where I'm about to get scientific) Most index tabs found around the web are square or rectangular, while ours are round. No kidding, right?! Well because they are round, the weight is more evenly distributed over a larger surface area. It is the same principle that allows snow-shoers to not fall through the snow that allows these tabs to not tear your pages.
So now you know, everything you read on the Index Division website is absolutely true!
